Terms of Service

PersonalitySignAstro by STAYLUCK is an astrology-inspired digital self-reflection product for adults. It is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not a scientific personality assessment, medical or mental-health diagnosis, prediction, or a basis for financial, legal, medical, or other major decisions. No result or life outcome is promised.

The product calculates tropical, geocentric Sun, Moon, and Venus placements from the birth details you provide. It does not calculate rising signs, houses, aspects, compatibility, or a one-to-one consultation. The free preview includes one written section per placement. When checkout is enabled, a one-time purchase unlocks six further written sections for the same chart, for nine short sections total. The price and currency will be displayed before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Check your birth time and time zone before creating a report. The chart may not be reliable if the recorded time is wrong. We may disable purchase for placements close to a sign boundary. A purchased report is for your personal use; you may not resell the writing or illustrations. The illustrated card may be shared with a link to this website.

Access is provided through a private key stored in the browser on the device you use. Keep that device and browser data secure. If access is lost, contact support with your payment receipt; do not email your full birth details unless requested through a secure channel.

Privacy Policy

To create a chart, you submit a birth date, exact local time, city, and IANA time zone. These values are used to calculate the chart; we do not store the original form submission. We store the calculated chart, including planetary placements, calculation time and time zone, a random report identifier, a hash of the private access key, and purchase status. Your browser stores the access key locally to reopen the report. This information can still be sensitive; avoid using a shared device.

Cloudflare hosts the website and database and processes technical request data to operate and secure the service. Google Fonts may receive ordinary network information when your browser loads fonts. When checkout opens, Dodo Payments will process payment and billing information under its own privacy terms; we receive payment status, identifiers, and limited purchase metadata, not card numbers. We do not install advertising trackers or sell birth-chart data.

We retain reports to provide ongoing access. You can request deletion of a report and associated purchase linkage by emailing nickranditian@gmail.com with the report ID or payment receipt. We will respond to requests within 30 days; records that must be kept for legal or accounting reasons may be retained as required. Deleting a report ends access to it. Do not include your full birth details in the first email.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. No payment is currently accepted. Once checkout opens, please examine the free preview and product description before purchase. If the report fails to unlock, is inaccessible, or materially differs from the description, email nickranditian@gmail.com with your receipt and report ID within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and provide access, correct the issue, or refund as appropriate. For other refund requests, contact us within 7 days and we will review them fairly. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Approved refunds return through the original payment method, subject to provider processing times.
